Isense Wedding Photography Terms and Conditions

Your wedding is our priority at Isense! Please read through the Isense terms and conditions to ensure that your wedding photography in Gauteng or photo shoot runs smoothly!

• Your 50% deposit is non refundable and the date of your photo shoot will only be confirmed after Isense photography has received this deposit. Your photographs and DVD will be your property after you have paid all your fees.
• Isense operates in and around Gauteng and travel costs will be given to you in writing when the date of your wedding photography or photo shoot is confirmed.
• There are different wedding photography packages to choose from that each include a specific number of hours that the photographer will be present at your event or photo shoot. Should you wish that the photographer stays longer; a set fee of R550 per hour will apply.
• The DVD that you receive with all your wedding or shoot photographs is your property and they are for your personal use only (they may not be used for commercial or marketing purposes). With your consent, Isense photography will use pictures of your photo shoot or wedding for marketing, photographic competitions or exhibitions.

Liability

Isense photography is not liable for any damage or loss suffered by customers as a result of fire, equipment malfunction, loss of negatives, memory card or digital complications by the development laboratory or unknown damage of film. Any claims or negligence or breach of contract will be waived by the undersigned.

• Any material generated by Isense photography will remain our property until all outstanding fees are paid.
• you consent to judgment in terms of section 57 and section 58 of the Magistrates Court Act, to be obtained against you in order for Isense Photography to collect any outstanding and due amount from me.
• You will be responsible for all costs of any legal action that may be taken upon you to receive payment (attorney and own client scale, plus interest).
• Isense photography reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions as it deems fit.

Copyright

All photographs, graphics, logos, images, databases, button icons on the website, as well as the arrangement and assembly thereof, is the exclusive property of Isense photography. You may view, copy, download and print the aforementioned content on the website if it is used for non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction of the material on the Isense website must have the consent of Ilani de Villiers.

Liability of disclaimer

Isense doesn't warrant that this website adheres to any criteria of accuracy of information. Although necessary measures are taken to insure the integrity and quality of all work on the Isense website, no warranty is given that there will never be any viruses (or any compromised form of data code with the ability to corrupt an operating system) in files, downloads or applications that are freely available on this website.

Violation of Terms and Conditions

Any violation of the Isense terms and conditions can result in legal action and Isense reserves the right to pursue any legal remedies against you.
