Q: How do I make a booking?
A: Making a booking is quick and easy! Complete the form on the contact page and I will respond as quick as possible with package options for your special day.
Q: I have limited budget. Can you still help?
A: Yes, I can help you. There are a variety of package to choose from. These packages can be customized to fit your budget. View wedding packages.
Q: Would I have direct contact with the photographer before the wedding?
A: Yes. I will arrange a pre-wedding meeting with you. At the meeting I will show you my portfolio and discuss your expectations. The portfolio will help you give an idea what I do and it can help shape your expectations. See wedding photo gallery for ideas.
Q: Do I have to make a deposit in order to secure a booking?
A: Yes, a 50% deposit is needed to secure a booking.
Q: When is the rest of the money payable?
A: The rest of the 50% balance is due on delivery of the photos +/- 5 weeks after the wedding. The rest of the money has to be paid before I deliver the photos.
Q: I need to cancel my booking. Can I have my deposit refunded?
A: Unfortunately no, the deposit is non-refundable. |
